Dress Code
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Formal attire typically includes long or midi dresses, dressy separates and suits. A shirt and tie with dark slacks is also a great choice. Please do not wear casual attire like jeans or t-shirts.
Transportation
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Our venue will open to guests at 4 p.m. with a welcome happy hour until the ceremony begins. Please arrive by 4:50 p.m. to find your seat before the ceremony begins at 5 p.m.
WHAT'S THE SHUTTLE SITUATION?
We have hired a private shuttle service to run nonstop during peak shuttle hours between The Monroe, Hampton Inn Lake Drive and The Marriott. We are heavily encouraging our guests to use the shuttle and the hotel blocks. This ensures guests can enjoy the bar while getting home safely.
Our guests can expect the shuttle loop to take 15 minutes during peak shuttle times. Final pickup at The Monroe will be 11:45 p.m for friends and family helping with cleanup after the reception.

3:30 - 5:00 p.m. & 9 - 11:00 p.m.
WHERE CAN WE PARK?
The Monroe has free parking available if you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel blocks. Vehicles can be left at the venue until 11 a.m. the next day.
Guests & Children
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Due to capacity limits at our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless stated on your formal invitation and through the RSVP feature. We are having a plated meal so a seating chart and exact numbers are required by our caterer.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE WEDDING?
We have chosen for our wedding to be an adults-only celebration. We hope the advance notice allows you to join us on our day and for parents to enjoy the night off.
